I am an aspiring Cloud Engineer with a foundational understanding of cloud platforms and a growing expertise in Cloud Security, Python, Terraform, and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). With over a decade of transferable skills from customer service, both face-to-face and in a call center setting, as well as tech support, I am adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical clients. I am eager to apply my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to design and support scalable cloud solutions.
